Biography

Roisin Suver serves the Center for Internet Security’s Multi‐State Information Sharing and
Analysis Center (MS‐ISAC) as a Senior Liaison to the Department of Homeland Security’s
National Cybersecurity & Communications Integration Center (NCCIC).  In this role, she
facilitates cybersecurity information sharing and coordination between the Federal
Government and State, Local, Tribal and Territorial (SLTT) Government partners.
Prior to this, Roisin was the Deputy Branch Chief for the Department of Homeland Security’s
Cyber Intelligence Support Branch. Her focus here was on cyber threats to the SLTT
environment.

Before moving to the D.C. area, Roisin was appointed by the state Governor to serve as the
Deputy Director for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Office of Homeland Security. Here,
Roisin developed the state’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Plan of which information sharing
was a key component. Roisin also served as an Intelligence Officer in the Pennsylvania Air
National Guard.  She recently retired after serving 22 years in the Air Force and Air National
Guard.
