Kelley Bray joined the Symantec Global Security Office in March 2014, with one goal in mind: to help secure the people that secure the world. By building an innovative Employee Trust program, inclusive of security awareness events and activities, a state of the art phishing assessment program and incorporation of flexible training engagements, Kelley significantly reduces the risk that cyber threats present to our employees, customers and shareholders utilizing a strategic gamification program unique to Symantec.
Prior to joining the team, Kelley spent 5 years at the Transportation Security Administration as the Branch Manager for Cyber Security Awareness and Operational Support within the Information Assurance and Cyber Security Division. Kelley was responsible for building two nationally recognized awareness and engagement programs for TSA, including the Cyber Security Awareness Program and the Cyber Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. Both programs permanently changed how the TSA population (60,000 employees across 450 locations) and the Transportation industry battle and win security behavior problems.
Kelley lives in Fredericksburg, VA and enjoys spending time with her husband Keith, her three kids Haley (10) and Connor (7), Carter (15 months) running, movies and red wine.
